V&A Waterfront Office | Cape Town, South Africa
The V&A Waterfront brief was to develop an 18.600m² GLA Office-Building with approximately 500m² GLA Ratail and 455 car parks extending over two Basement Levels. The office includes a sea water cooling system, our monitoring system for energy and water use and other useful featurers.
Cosmopolitan Tower | Warsaw, Poland
With 44 floors and a height of 160 meters, the Cosmopolitan Tower ist he second tallest apartment building in Warsaw. The skyscraper has 252 apartments and a total usable area of 32.000m².
DSV Gauteng | Johannesburg, South Africa
DSV Park Gauteng stands as the largest integrated logistics center in Africa. The entire operation is streamlined and controlled by a central foxcore.OS-based building management server, which oversees the entire lighting system through numerous sub-controllers.
City 6 Star Green Building | Cape Town, South Africa
The building is a 6 * Green Design rated structure with six levels, three lifts, and space for up to 200 staff members. It features roof gardens and photovoltaic-covered parking, addressing solar power generation and ecological improvement.
SCB Lusaka | Sambia, Africa
A 6-story office building in the center of Lusaka, housing the new country office of Standard Chartered Bank Zambia.
The building meets all international standards for resource efficiency and has received final EDGE Advanced certification from Sintali-SGS.
2226 | Lustenau, Austria
The headquarters of Baumschlager Eberle Architekten is a global lighthouse project. The temperature in the 2226 building is constantly between 22 and 26 degrees, without any heating, ventilation or cooling systems.
Plus energy house | Hard, Austria
Can you imagine a house which is producing more energy as it consumes and is completely independent of any external energy resources?
Well, this is it. This ‚Plus energy house‘ runs with its own photovoltaic system, water solar, geothermal heat pump, heat exchangers and battery.
Terminal V, Presentation hall | Lauterach, Austria
One of the most modern presentation hall in Austria, established with 24 LED TV walls, a large 4D VR cinema with 6 high end projectors and 4D seats, rotating presentation seat circles and colorful light effects.

The Hilton Warsaw is a modern hotel with 314 rooms and suites offering a breathtaking view of Warsaw.
The largest conference room in the city center with a area of 1,406m² is also located in the Hilton Warsaw.
