A state-of-the-art office building that fully automates the 22·26 concept with over 300 KNX devices, DALI lighting, and nearly 200 Secondary Boxes, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate year-round.
WAS Social Insurance Centre
Kriens, Lucerne, Switzerland
Two interconnected administrative buildings housing over 600 KNX devices, 250 secondary boxes, and Fox Bridges, whose fully automated system controls climate, ventilation, lighting, and security based on the 22·26 principle.

A visionary passive building where we integrated KNX system, ventilation, lighting, touch panels, and info screen with a custom app, further developing the 22·26 algorithm to ensure comfortable year-round temperatures between 22-26 °C.
